Bracketology Scoreboard Watching

In The Books

Wake Forest 88, Louisville 81: This was absolutely the win Wake Forest needed. Now, they're basically a toss-up with Vanderbilt and Illinois on if they're in or out.  Another couple wins and they should sure up their status.

Northwestern 67, Michigan 65: The Northwestern Wildcats will participate in this year's NCAA Tournament.  It's a done deal.  Michigan's deal isn't quite done yet.  The Wolverines need to make sure to win one more game to truly feel safe.

Florida 78, Arkansas 65: The Gators cruise in their home finale.

Marquette 95, Xavier 84: Xavier's slide continues.  Five losses in a row drops them to 8-9 in conference.  Needless to say, Saturday's game at DePaul is must-win.

Dayton 79, VCU 72: The Flyers clinch the A10 regular season crown.  The loss is VCU's second straight.

Illinois 73, Michigan State 70: Huge win for the Illini, who have won five of six and should pick up their next game vs Rutgers to get to .500 in conference.  They'll still need to win some games in Indy, but they're very much in the conversation for an at-large bid now.

Georgia 79, Arkansas 78: Don't sleep on the Bulldogs.  They now have a trip to Arkansas on Saturday that could put them in the bubble conversation.

Tipping Off Tonight

Houston at Cincinnati: This is the Cougars last shot to state their case for an at-large bid.  Kelvin Sampson's squad

California at Utah: A must win road game for a Cal team that hasn't beaten a KenPom top 75 team since their last game with the Utes on February 5.

Iowa at Wisconsin: The Badgers have been on a slide as of late, while Iowa sits at 8-8 in Big Ten play.  If they can get to 10-8 and win 1-2 in Indy, they could steal an at-large bid.

Atlantic Sun Semifinals: #5 Kennesaw State plays at #1 Florida Gulf Coast and #3 North Florida plays at #2 Lipscomb.  The winners will face off in the title game at the highest remaining seed.
